Phew! The tree is decorated. Angelina picked out this tree. It's tall and this side is full ('nough said from Mom's point of view!). The kids put on the ornaments and I only moved two! I still need to hang Louis' 1st Christmas ornament ... it needs a picture.
After this, we lit the tree and just watched in silence. These particular lights do not take good pictures - only two settings!! So, we already purchased new lights for next year!
It's so much fun to put up the Christmas tree! A lot of work, but still fun ... I just love sitting in the family room at night (or early morning) with just the lights on ... So peaceful (especially before the kids are up ;-)
ReplyDeleteDarling tree, darling kids. SO hard to not rearrange the kids' "decorations", but they are SO proud to do it all themselves. Had to comment on Eric's shirt - maybe THAT"S the reason they lost last night?? :)
