I'm thinking: Yes, thank God we made it through this day/morning without me being completely frustrated by the little attitude that has been cropping up in you during our Sound Beginnings lessons. Can I hope that 'the attitude' is gone for good??
**Dash has been listening to Christmas music this week. I guess it's rubbed off on everyone.
Are you all done with school for good? As in until after the baby is born? At times we are ever-so-anxious to listen to Christmas music, too ... Early, I know, so I always feel a bit guilty, but the kids love it, and it usually prevents fighting in the van. So, I'll permit it once in awhile, and then I say, "We have to put it away until ... later." They're always OK with that, because I think they know I'll agree to it again =)
ReplyDeleteNo, we are not done for good. Sometimes I feel like that might be nice, but the kids would go stir-crazy & I'd rely too much on TV/videos. It's not ideal to have them outside because we have workers building & they tend to gravitate up to Grandma's.
