Step two: The child is done playing and gets up to find MOON mom.
Step three: MOON mom starts the clean-up and realizes she forgot to sweep the floor before playing began. So once again, the MOON SAND on the floor probably shouldn't be saved. MOON mom sees the positive side and realizes that there is less MOON SAND in said home.
P.S. Let it be known that this MOON mom did not buy the MOON SAND.
Oh my goodness I hate the stuff!
ReplyDeleteMy second daughter received some at a birthday party once and I thought, "who in their right mind would buy this stuff???" We played with it once and it mysteriously "disappeared."
Oh, Moon Mama, I wouldn't have bought that stuff either!!! Sarah would buy something like that though...did she buy it for you?
ReplyDelete:)
Sarah didn't buy it; my SIL did! Her youngest is 11yo, loves crafts, but probably wouldn't have gotten any sand on the chair or floor; the kid is just a real neat-nick.
ReplyDeleteWe plan to build a sandbox this summer; don't you think the blue & yellow would be cool in the sandbox? Spruce up that old brown sand a little bit.
Suzie this blog is beautiful! It will be nice to keep up with you. This is what I was hoping you would do.
ReplyDeleteNO moon sand coming into this house.
ReplyDeleteI do have playdough all over. Oh well...no fun unless the kids make a mess!
UMMMM...
ReplyDeleteI HEARD that comment, Jamie! What's so funny is that I just swept up PURPLE moon sand off the floor yesterday (Eva really wanted to try it out!) and I was not impressed! SUCH a MESS was made! Easily sweep-able, but messy none the less. Of course, it was easier than trying to remove the ground - in play dough from the knee of her pants from the day before... :)

ReplyDeletei am not proud of myself and sometimes i don't even like myself for being one.
